Registrants International Family Petitions Group is here for all of us. I have had a petition outstanding with USCIS for 4 years and recently received a letter from USCIS asking me to prove that I am no risk to the beneficiary of the petition. I got a risk assessment that says I am very low risk so I sent it to them along with a risk assessment from 15 years ago that said I was minimal risk. Now more waiting. I created this google group as a place that other registrants who are attempting to bring loved ones to the United States can share their experiences via group email. If you are a registrant and have an open petition of any kind with the USCIS then please join this google group. My petition is an I-129F fiancee petition. I know others have open petitions to bring a wife or other loved one to the USA. There may be some that had a petition in the past but their petition was denied. There may be some that had a petition in the past but it was approved. I hope that all of you will join this group so that we can all help each other. Maybe we can all join together and bring a class action lawsuit to change policy and to recover the additional costs that the bad USCIS policies have imposed on us.
